1. WHAT DATA ARE WE PROCESSING?

1.2 When making a transaction (buying a ticket) in the e-shop (regardless of whether the customer is a registered or unregistered e-shop user), TICKETSTORE.LV will collect the following customer data:
information about the ticket purchased in the TICKETSTORE.LV e-shop (including discount information if the ticket is purchased at a discount);
information about the bank account (bank account number and name of the account holder) from which the payment was made.
2. FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE NEED THIS DATA?
2.1 We need this data in order to be able to provide our service of delivering event tickets.
2.2 To be able to identify and contact the ticket purchaser in the event of any problems, including in situations where refunds are due for tickets purchased.
2.3. and to send various information notices, e.g. about the venue’s admission procedures or changes in the event’s timing.
3. WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data will be processed by authorised employees of Ticketstore.lv within the scope of their work duties, in compliance with the requirements of personal data protection and other regulatory enactments.
Personal data may be transferred: to Ticketstore.lv external service providers (processors) who may be authorised to carry out certain data processing activities on behalf and under the supervision of Ticketstore.lv under certain circumstances (for example, if a complaint is received about activities carried out using the self-service portal functionality), data may be transferred to law enforcement or supervisory authorities, court.
4. HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA STORED?
All personal data relating to a specific transaction is stored until the expiry of the statutory period and then deleted.
5. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Any person has the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of his or her personal data or the restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data and the right to the portability of his or her personal data.
It should be noted that if a person does not wish to provide his/her personal data in the above cases, a situation may arise where it is not possible to meet his/her needs and provide the ticketing service at the same time.
