Lielais dzintars Concert Hall is a multifunctional arts centre of national and European importance. It was opened on 6 November 2015 and is home to the Liepaja Symphony Orchestra, the Liepaja School of Music, Art and Design, and the Art Gallery.
The “heart” of Lielais dzintars is the 1000-seat Great Hall, which has excellent acoustics. It is suitable for various concerts – symphonic, choral, opera, jazz, contemporary and popular music – as well as for dance performances and other cultural events.
