Laima Vaikule Festival – July 26!

Semyon Slepakov returns to Jurmala with a solo concert as part of the Laima Rendezvous Jūrmala 2025 festival.

A special place in this year’s programme is reserved for the performance of Semyon Slepakov, a wonderful musician, poet and master of intellectual humour. His solo concert will take place on Saturday 26 July on the stage of the legendary Dzintari Concert Hall.

This will be the artist’s first performance with a solo programme in Latvia after a break – the last time he delighted the Jurmala audience was in the summer of 2023. Slepakov performed for the first time at the Laima Rendezvous Jūrmala festival in 2018, and since then he has remained forever in the hearts of the audience.

The artist now lives in Israel and is particularly excited to return to Jūrmala, where he is always welcomed with warmth and sincere applause.

Dzintari Concert Hall (Latvian: Dzintaru koncertzāle) is a concert complex located in Jurmala, widely known in Latvia as a venue for a number of festivals and other spectacular events. For almost 70 years, it has been hosting performances of famous artists every summer.

The annual jazz and classical music festivals, comedy festivals and shows, the colourful ballet festival “Ballet Stars in Jurmala”, the young performers’ competition “New Wave”, the international classical music festival Summertime and other musical events have become a tradition at Dzintari.
